The Team

The Team

Our Team is made up of 2 Partners, 1 Associate Advocate and the support staff. The Advocates are specialized in diverse areas of law but work together for the common good of the firm and the clients.


Mr Charles Gomba, is an Advocate with more than 10 years’ experience in legal practice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of London and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He is currently the Managing Partner at the Firm. Mr Charles Gomba combines his experience in litigation, high level legislative drafting knowledge with on-the-ground experience in training and capacity building in the legal sector in Kenya. He boasts of extensive Court litigation experience having acted for various individuals and County Governments and multi-nationals among others. Mr Gomba has acted for various client’s from the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, the High Court and various Tribunals.

Much of Mr. Gomba’s cases have been reported in the e- Kenya Law Reports and are easily accessible on-line. He is also a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives –UK.


Is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years’ experience in the field of Human rights and governance and heads the firms Family and Human Rights Department. She is a senior Partner of the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and is a Certified Professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute International.

She has also pursued training in legislative and drafting from the International Institute of Legislative Affairs. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Law, (Law, Governance and Democracy) from the University of Nairobi. Sandra is committed to the practice of good governance.

In this regard, she has provided technical leadership and support in legal aid and litigation for the indigent clients, policy and legislative formulation, public interest litigation, program management and advocacy to the Women’s Rights Awareness Programme, Kenya Human Rights Commission and the Federation of Women Lawyers-Kenya Chapter.


Ms Brenda Malombo is an Associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She has vast experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution on family and commercial matters.
